Experience from both sides of the table
I have more than 17 years of experience from engineering-driven organisations, including renewable energy, and I have been HR Director for 8 years. I have completed more than 400 hires, from executive level to commercial profiles and technical specialists.
I know the challenges companies face when they need to grow and scale. I also know what it is like to sit with a critical role that does not get filled, and to be missing a partner who understands the organisation and delivers what is really needed.
I hold a Diploma in Management and started High On Hire in 2026 to be the partner I was missing myself.
